What to include
- Support: your account email, study ID, affected URL, what happened, and what you expected.
- Billing: study ID plus the Dodo invoice or transaction reference. Never email full card details.
- Privacy or deletion: write from the account email and name the studies or workspace involved.
- Security: explain the issue, affected URL, reproduction steps, and potential impact. Do not access data that is not yours.
Response and legal notices
We acknowledge support requests within one business day and target resolution within two business days. Complex browser, provider, payment, privacy, or security investigations may take up to five business days; we will keep you updated when more time is required. Send formal notices to support@tryablaze.com with the subject “Legal notice for ABlaze.”
