Typical completion time
- Starter or 10-persona, two-arm study: typically 3–10 minutes.
- Multi-treatment or 20–50-persona study: typically 10–30 minutes.
- Larger panels up to 100 personas: may take up to 60 minutes.
Timing begins after signed payment confirmation, or immediately for an eligible free starter study. URL complexity, treatment count, target-site response time, browser capacity, and provider availability can affect duration. These are service targets, not a guaranteed enterprise SLA.
Progress and completion
Your workspace shows the current stage, stored-session count, completed paired personas, failures, retries, elapsed time, and estimated remaining time. You do not need to keep the page open. ABlaze sends a completion email when the report is ready.
When execution stalls
ABlaze stores completed evidence and automatically retries or resumes recoverable work without rerunning valid sessions. If a paid study has no progress beyond its expected window, contact support@tryablaze.com with the study ID so we can inspect or safely resume it.
Our failed-study promise
If an ABlaze or provider failure prevents a usable paid report within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you may choose one no-cost rerun, an account credit equal to the affected study, or a refund for the affected study.
This remedy does not apply where customer-supplied URLs are unavailable, block authorised automation, change after launch, require undisclosed access, or cannot safely perform the declared action. We will preserve visible evidence of those failures and help identify the next workable step.
Support response targets
- Acknowledgement: within one business day.
- Target resolution: within two business days.
- Complex investigation: up to five business days, with an update when more time is needed.
Include your account email, study ID, affected URL, and what you expected. Billing requests should also include the Dodo invoice or transaction reference.
