1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email; the study brief, audience, hypothesis, URLs, action instructions, and persona settings you submit; browser-run evidence such as page events, screenshots, completion signals, latency, errors, and generated reports; support messages; and operational telemetry.
For paid studies, ABlaze receives checkout status, product, currency, amount, invoice, and transaction references from Dodo Payments. Payment card details are handled by Dodo Payments rather than ABlaze.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate your account and keep studies attached to the correct owner.
- Research, execute, recover, aggregate, display, export, and share the studies you request.
- Process and reconcile payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and send study-status emails.
- Monitor reliability, investigate errors, secure the service, and improve aggregate product performance.
3. Authorised admin access
ABlaze administrators may access customer account, study, run, report, payment-status, and telemetry records only when reasonably necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, incident response, or service reliability. Access is not permission to use your confidential study content for unrelated purposes.
We limit administrative access to authorised operators and expect access to be proportionate to the issue being handled. Revocable report-share links are separate from administrative support access.
4. Providers and international processing
ABlaze uses service providers to deliver the product, including Google authentication, Cloudflare hosting, Workers AI, browser execution, Dodo Payments, Resend email delivery, and Linkup research. These providers process only the data needed for their role under their own security and privacy terms. Processing may occur outside your country.
5. Sharing, selling, and model training
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it to service providers, when you create a share link, when required by law, or as part of a properly managed business transfer. We do not intentionally publish private customer studies. ABlaze does not use your private study content to train its own general-purpose model.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal and study data, revoke report links, or object to certain processing. Applicable rights vary by location. Email support@tryablaze.com with the account email and relevant study IDs; we may verify your identity before acting.
7. Security and changes
We use account ownership checks, scoped administrative access, signed payment confirmation, bot protection, and operational monitoring. No online service can promise absolute security. We will post material policy changes here and update the effective date.
