1. Agreement and eligibility
By using or purchasing ABlaze, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.
2. What ABlaze provides
ABlaze coordinates research and automated browser journeys across customer-supplied live URLs, then produces directional evidence and a recommended next test. Results are simulations and operational observations—not guaranteed future conversion, statistically causal claims, legal advice, or a substitute for a live-traffic experiment.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate study instructions and URLs that you own or are authorised to test.
- Ensure automated visits and test submissions are permitted by the target surfaces and do not expose real personal, payment, health, or other sensitive data.
- Use safe test details and review recommendations before making business decisions.
- Do not use ABlaze to attack, overload, deceive, scrape unlawfully, violate access controls, or test third-party systems without permission.
4. Accounts and confidentiality
You are responsible for your account and share links. Keep access secure and revoke links that are no longer needed. ABlaze treats private study content as customer confidential information, subject to the limited operational access described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Fees, checkout, and taxes
Prices and included capacity are shown before checkout. Dodo Payments acts as the checkout and Merchant of Record provider where applicable, and may present local currency, required taxes, invoices, and its own checkout terms. A study begins only after server-side payment confirmation unless it is clearly marked as an administrator-sponsored run.
6. Ownership and licence
You retain rights in the materials and study inputs you provide. You receive the generated report and exports for your internal business use. You grant ABlaze a limited licence to process submitted content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. ABlaze retains its software, workflow, design, prompts, and underlying platform rights.
7. Availability and service targets
A two-arm study with 10 paired personas typically completes within 3–10 minutes after signed payment confirmation. Multi-treatment or 20–50-persona panels usually take 10–30 minutes, and larger panels may take up to 60 minutes. These are operational targets, not a guaranteed enterprise service-level agreement.
Studies depend on customer URLs and third-party services. We may retry, delay, or stop work when a surface blocks automation, a provider fails, instructions are unsafe, or continued execution risks harm. Live progress remains visible in the workspace, and a completion email is sent when the report is ready.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ABlaze is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, a particular winner, or commercial outcome. ABlaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected study, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Terms may change as the product evolves; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@tryablaze.com.
